Feather Together x 3...

I'm skipping Merry Monday for a bit until I can get some holiday projects made. Today's projects feature the Feather Together stamp set. We made these 3 cards at a class a while back so I thought I'd share them today. This first card is a masculine card and uses Basic Black and Basic Gray with a little Smoky Slate card stock. Feathers were stamped in Basic Gray and I used a little Occasions Catalog designer paper.

This next card is monochromatic with the Sweet Sugarplum colors. One feather is stamped, cut out and popped up on the card for some dimension. The words are heat embossed with White Embossing Powder.

The last project gives me that old southwestern vibe that used to be pretty popular. I used Pacific Point, Emerald Envy, Copper Foil and Watercolor Paper. I also used a little of the Delightful Dijon ink (now retired). The feather (and words) was stamped and heat embossed with Copper, then water was brushed inside and we added ink and let it spread. After drying a bit, we used a paint brush with inks and splashed some color over the front.
